A new marble-topped trolley piled high with pavlova is one of three new culinary experiences at Luke Mangan’s Luke's Kitchen restaurant in Sydney, which all add to the trend of theatrical, tableside dining.
Dessert Trolley
A new marble-topped Dessert Trolley has been rolled out into the dining room at Luke’s Kitchen, with a ‘wheelie’ delicious choose-your-own-adventure pavlova at its centre.
Cloud-like pavlova is sliced and finished at tableside, with your choice of cream, custard or curd, plus a rotating selection of seasonal fruit and garnishes, from makrut lime poached rhubarb (grown in Luke's own garden!) to fresh strawberries and mini meringues. The trolley is a playful finale to a memorable dining experience, for $25pp. Available for dinner Tuesday-Saturday from 5pm.

Chef's Table with Luke Mangan
Chef’s Tables are making a comeback in Sydney in a big way, and one the most exclusive iterations starts next week at Luke's Kitchen. Hosted by Luke Mangan himself, the new Chef’s Table experience is available to book just once per month, on the first Friday of each month, starting 7 August 2026.
Be treated to a custom tasting menu curated and personally presented by Luke by the open kitchen, blending dishes from the current menu with celebrated favourites from his archive. The ultimate front-row dining experience, the Chef’s Table can seat between two and 12 guests, for $150pp.

Luke's Cut Steak Night
Luke Mangan is putting a new interactive spin on the classic steak night, with his new Luke’s Cut steak night experience. Every Tuesday from 5pm, Luke brings out his own butcher's block tableside where diners can build their own steak experience from scratch. Scotch or flat iron, rare or medium, garlic butter or red wine jus, truffle fries or greens - every decision is in your hands.
For $45, you can enjoy your choice cut of steak seared to perfection, sauce and a side. Add a glass of red wine for just $10.
