Sydney’s theatre scene is set to be full of twists, turns and quirky characters with the launch of the new Cluedo Stay & Show package at Hotel Indigo Sydney Potts Point, pairing a night of mystery-solving fun with a vibrant inner-city getaway.
Created in celebration of Cluedo stepping off the board and onto stage from 11 April to 10 May 2026 at Theatre Royal Sydney, the package includes all the trimmings befitting a seasoned detective: two A Reserve tickets to the laugh-out-loud whodunnit play, overnight accommodation at the boutique hotel for two, a pair of welcome cocktails to toast the investigation, an in-room Cluedo board game for a little late-night sleuthing, and breakfast for two the following morning.
The evening begins with the first prop in hand - a room key at the dramatically-designed Hotel Indigo Sydney Potts Point. Drawing inspiration from Kings Cross’ storied past as a playground for artists and performers, guests are welcomed through a red velvet-curtained lobby lined with black-and-white portraits of local entertainers.
Guests stay in one of Hotel Indigo Sydney Potts Point’s 105 rooms and suites with neon accents and bold artworks that nod to the neighbourhood’s colourful past, providing a fittingly theatrical base for a night of intrigue at the theatre.
Before the curtain rises, guests can enjoy two CINCiN Bellini cocktails in their room to get into the spirit of the evening, before heading to Theatre Royal Sydney to see if they can crack the case at one of the most entertaining mysteries currently on stage in Australia.
Based on the fan-favourite 1985 Paramount Pictures film Clue and inspired by the classic Hasbro board game, Cluedo The Play is the ultimate whodunnit that will leave audiences dying of laughter while keeping them guessing until the final twist.
Once the mystery is solved, guests return to Hotel Indigo Sydney Potts Point for a refreshing night’s sleep before enjoying breakfast at The X Cafe the following morning.
