We partnered with quirky, artsy Ink Hotel Melbourne Southbank on a three-month social media project, to breath life back into the Instagram and Facebook accounts, to build awareness and drive traffic and trial of the hotel. We managed both paid and organic social media for the hotel during this time, creating a fresh strategy for both.

Working within brand guidelines, we created a new look for socials content, including grid posts, reels and stories, and utilised user generated content where possible for authenticity and engagement.

In the first month, we increased reach by 3,100%, interactions by 2,800%, and web clicks by 100% on Instagram, while Facebook we drove web clicks up 48,600% and reach by 28,500%.
