French Night returns to the North Shore’s fave bistro

Popular neighbourhood bar and bistro, Folly’s in Cammeray is bringing back one of its most-loved events, French Night.

For one night only, Folly's will treat diners to French-themed cocktails, cuisine and wine, with a très bien four-course menu by resident French chef Tristan Bigouret, alongside head chef John Sipolo.

Be transported to France with delicious dishes like beef carpaccio, salmon tartare with echalot, rich beef bourguignonne with potato aligot, sea bream bouillabaisse, and lemon meringue tart to finish.

A selection of French wines will be on the pour, curated by Folly's co-owner Lachy Sturrock (former Applejack Hospitality group bars manager) inspired by a recent trip to Europe.

Folly’s Bar & Bistro

A new neighbourhood bar and bistro serving up some of the best food, wine and cocktails on Sydney's North Shore, in a relaxed, Euro-leaning, vibey setting. Head chef John Sipolo's menu features modern bistro favourites with flavour twists like must-try linguini alla vodka with ricotta, lasagna burnt ends with hot honey and chilli aioli, and roasted beetroot with whipped tofu and hazelnut. The bar serves tap beers, creative cocktails like Baked Goods (made with almond croissant-washed whisky), mini martinis and negronis, and a 20-page wine list. With good vibes always, Folly's dishes up an excellent Sunday Roast from 12pm on Sundays, live music on both days of the weekend, and a bottomless lunch, along with an Afternoon Swill happy hour every day Tuesday-Sunday.
